sweet dreams baby

well i dont know if im wrong atm... i said some things im now not sure were justified.

i felt like crap when i said them, which is why i said them. but now it just seems like a pointless fued that could be solved an easier way.

she fell asleep last night after we talked, i felt like crying thinking about some of the things i said... i kissed her goodnight, just like tonight and went to my own bed... i still hug my pillow when i sleep alone. am i sad?

not really gunna see you till sunday, cuz of work, or your other plans... but i think about you with every heartbeat, your in my veins.

i sound like a right dick >.<

coming home on friday night is the best part of my week, because i can walk upstairs and go straight into your room, get under the covers and cuddle up next to you, knowing that when i wake up you'll still be there.

Monetary Value

Can somebody please throw themselves through the internet and save me having to spend £350 on a camera ? no? FINE!!!

im spending a god awful lot of money on a Nikon D5000. i must be mad.

Can only get better right? oh...

Ok starting this new method of writing blogs, actually just opened wordpad and thought of it. lol. its not really a new method, more of an indirect version as im pre writing my entry before i post it, this way if i randomly get pissed off or somthing im not going to be ranting online to all you bastards.
So. life and all its glorys have brought me luck in great abundance recently, i have a new job! its my first real job ever and im actually loving it, the whole idea of waking up and looking forward to working the day, knowing its going to be long and probably a tad confusing is all part of the challenge that im determined to overcome.
I've only been working 2 weeks, only completed 7 shifts and have already scored %82 on the companys mystery shopper test. this is basically a random customer, who comes into the shop, places a bet and judges your performance and whatnot.
Having gone into work tonight to pick up my iPod that i had unwittingly forgotton, my manager and my friend lennie were working but my manager was on break, as the shop was busy i decided to give len a hand taking slips and the like. When my manager returned, after some quick banter, he answered a phone call and told me i was the one who had been mystery shopped and after putting down the phone proceeded to say that he was outstanded i had achieved such high marks. so i had the cheek to ask when i would be put up for promotion, to which he replied. well to be honest, about 6 weeks after you've completed this training, you can complete another training course that bumps up your shop and managirial skills that only takes rouphly 2 weeks if your a complete lemon and after that as soon as a deputy manager position becomes available then chances are its yours!
WELL CHUFFED !!!
This job is the final kick up the arse i needed to get that confidence to start my life.
By the time im 19 i should be a deputy manager pulling in a more than decent wage, have my own place, a car and everything else sorted. LOVE IT.
On the downside, my college work has suffered slightly in the last months circumstances and i have fallen behind. I am however catching up slowly. I hope by the end of next month to be completly up to date and working on my portfolio.
Love life is amazing at the mo aswell! my bestfriend is my other half and im completly in love with her (: she is amazing in every way. i even like her sleepy face in the morning >.< (if she sees this ill probably get hit) honestly i dont think i could write enough good things about her before i got writers cramp! she is my world.
only thing that bugs me, is that shes going to university in september and chances are were going to break up at that point. not because we want to, because it would be easier than doing long distance.. which to be honest does suck.
by no means does this dwell in my mind constantly, but it does crop up and get me a little down sometimes. this is why the next few months are going to be spent cuddling up at night and making every minute count!

Tilt-Shift Photography

looking into some cool photography stuffs i came across this style. i like it alot and i decided to give it a try myself. it basically distorts the immage and sort of makes it look like a miniature model. i have found its best to shoot from high above your subject to get the desired effect. Here's my attempt and some other peoples (much better) work.
